Refund & Exchange Policy


At Appalachian DiviniTEA, we take great pride in crafting small-batch, organic, and thoughtfully made consumable products. Due to the nature of our teas, tinctures, and herbal goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have left our hands.

No Returns or Exchanges

For the safety and quality assurance of our customers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we’re here to make it right.
We are happy to issue store credit for any damaged items under the following conditions:

  • – You contact us via email ([email protected]) within 7 days of receiving your order
  • – You provide clear photo proof of the damage, including product and packaging
  • – Your order number is included in your email

Once verified, store credit will be issued promptly for the value of the damaged items.
